Started by a girl.
Grown by thousands.

Yalla Success is a youth-led movement building the pathways that didn't exist for us - so every young Arab woman can lead, not just dream.

Why we started.

In 2024, Sarah El Gabery was 16 and frustrated. Talented young Arab women around her were full of ambition but had nowhere to go - no mentors, no internships, no community that understood their unique challenges.

So she built one. What started as a small network has grown into a community of 25,000+ women across 15 countries, with 120+ internships placed, 40+ workshops delivered, and partnerships with organizations like the UN Foundation, Girl Up, and GIZ.

Everything we build is free. Financial barriers shouldn't decide who gets to lead. We're here to change the math.

Sarah El Gabery

Founder & CEO

"I started Yalla Success because I knew what it felt like to not know where to start. I didn't want other girls to feel alone in figuring it all out."

Sarah founded Yalla Success at 16 in Egypt, driven by a simple realization: talented young Arab women surrounded her, but resources to help them grow were nowhere to be found. She decided to build what she needed.

What started as connecting a few friends with opportunities has scaled into a movement reaching 25,000+ women across 15 countries. Sarah now leads alongside co-founder Remas El Gabery and a dedicated team of directors and regional ambassadors.

In 2025, UN Women Egypt nominated Sarah to join the United Nations Egypt Youth Advisory Board - recognition of her work building pathways where none existed.
